Welcome to our website!  It was created to be used primarily as a dynamic resume by our prospective clients and also by Realtors seeking the right referral match. 

We represent both buyers and sellers, and have done so for 30 years.  While our business evolved to become primarily repeat and referral based, our real estate background includes owning and operating our own real estate company, representing developers in the marketing of entire condominium projects, working with hundreds of corporate relocation clients (both buyers and sellers), as well as representing families and individuals in purchasing and selling homes.  We also assist out-of-area sellers prepare, market, negotiate, close and exchange their income property located in San Diego, with particular emphasis on the Scripps Ranch area.
